UO Magazine "Flux" highlights the local cycling scene

Bicycling is a simple, poetic way of solving all kinds of problems, all of the things that plague our culture: health, stress, emotional fatigue, traffic, congestion, pollution, the climate. It’s about community involvement and knowing your neighbors.

Paul Adkins – from Eugene’s Bike-Culturalism by Bronwynn Manaois.

The University of Oregon student run online magazine Flux (which comes out in print once a year in spring) has begun running a series of bicycling related articles.  The first is an amusing first person narrative of a rider’s first cyclocross race, written by Nick Coté.  The second is an interview with the ubiquitous Paul Adkins, written by WeBikeEugene contributor Bronwynn Manaois.  Flux plans to publish more bike-themed articles in the near future.
